How PRD Presence became a bigger presence online

The challenge

Despite being an established name in the real estate industry for 17 years, it was important for PRD Presence to enhance its customer service and employee experience. Although Mark and the team were successfully responding to clients’ website inquiries, they wanted a solution that simplified the process and improved response time. “We implemented Podium’s Webchat function which gave clients the comfort that they were receiving personalised responses to any questions at any time of day, and with a quick response time.” 

PRD also wanted to build their online presence, in particular their reviews.
